Troqué – SEO & Digital Visibility Report
Baseline, technical actions, and an organic growth plan. Document designed for executive review and data-driven decision making.
Project objective
Main goal
Organize, optimize, and strengthen the current digital foundation to increase organic visibility, improve brand consistency, and enable future decisions on scaling this approach to other sites.
How we measure progress
GA4 and Search Console as primary sources. Period comparison: baseline (Oct-Nov), December, January.
Tracking KPIs (proposed)
Baseline Oct + Nov
GA4 – Traffic by channel (baseline)
For the period Oct 1 to Nov 30, the Organic Search channel records 575 sessions (approx. 84% engagement rate and 2m 34s average engagement time per session). This is used as the initial reference to compare December and January.

Technical and content diagnosis
SEO structure
- Improvements needed in heading hierarchy (H1 and semantic structure).
- Sitemap was not detected / not accessible for crawling (now resolved – to confirm in implementation notes).
- Internal linking can be improved to distribute relevance and support navigation.
Local discoverability and schema
- Schema is present but incomplete for a restaurant (LD-JSON).
- Missing key components for location, business details, and menu.
- Direct impact on local results and contextual visibility.
Menu and content
- Menus displayed as PDFs or images reduce SEO value, mobile UX, and update speed.
- Content is not sufficiently structured for search engines.
Images
- File names are not aligned with the brand and key menu items.
- Alt text needs review and optimization for accessibility and image SEO.
Technical action plan (January – February)
1) Analytics and control (measurement foundation)
- Validate GA4 and Search Console as primary sources.
- Define key events: for example calls, bookings, forms, and relevant clicks (aligned with Ding / Google Ads).
- Standardize UTMs for consistent attribution across campaigns.
2) Content and page cleanup
- Review and refine current page content (consistency, quality, intent) – (aligned with Fatima).
- Remove or consolidate obsolete pages or pages not matching current services.
- Avoid pages that create confusion or noise (for example obsolete “Thank you” pages without active booking widgets – now resolved, to confirm).
3) Image optimization
- Rename images using a consistent naming approach aligned with the brand, dishes, and menu categories.
- Review and complete alt text with clear, descriptive wording.
- Review file weight and formats if needed for performance.
4) SEO structure and crawling
- Implement a correct H1 per page and proper heading hierarchy.
- Review titles and meta descriptions for alignment with real search intent.
- Review and validate the updated sitemap, and monitor indexing in Search Console.
5) Restaurant schema (LD-JSON)
- Complete schema with local data and business type.
- Include relevant fields for local results: address, opening hours, and menu if applicable.
